There are far better ways to communicate being hurt.
I am employing any and all help in learning this new non-combative language ;)

With this formula it's a method of articulating how you feel and telling the other person without it becoming a fight.
My goal is...
Next time I feel like speaking in tongues like a demon spewing my hurt and anger...
Rather...
*Breathe
*Acknowledge the feelings of hurt and rage.
*Breathe
*Articulate what precisely it is that I am feeling.
*Breathe
*Solve the problem at hand:
Solve for X: What did someone else do that made you upset?
Solve for Y: How did this make you feel?
Plug it in: You do X and that makes me feel Y.
Break it down like a formula.
Seems less daunting now!!!
When you get a moment to calmly tell the other person the formula, do it...kindly :)
This is a way not to fight, accuse, isolate, blame...
Today, are you as cool as a cucumber when you get upset? Or are you a head spinning vomit hurt spitting demon?!?
Either way...Wouldn't it be nice to kindly articulate what you are feeling!
Plug this formula into your love life:
"U do X=I feel Y"
