Ugh.
Last month I worked out 17 times!!! This includes bike riding :)))) There was one week last month that I worked out EVERY day :)
I negotiate with myself every morning. More sleep or go to the gym?!?
At 7am who wants to lift an eye lid let alone a barbell!
So...
My goal of working out 2 to 3 times a week during the summer is being missed.
My other self negotiations...
It's über hot outside so it's hard to WANT to get more sweaty. And bike riding isn't possible bc of the car exhausts spraying fumes on me. Ew!
And...
My final negotiations on why I shouldn't work out...is that work is just soooo busy! So sleep is far more important than being in shape, right?!?
Today, what stops you from exercise? Is it work? Is it the kids? Is it yourself ;)
What negotiations do you have with yourself???
If you aren't working out maybe its bc you are ALL worked out of working out!
Maybe its time to enjoy the NOT working in the working out & enjoy resting this one out!
