How do we take what we learn from all 3 & process it?
I don't have the exact answer but here is what I'm working on:
Simply, to balance in all 3.

If we concentrate too much on our own thoughts in the subconscious world we will become like Gollum ;)
If we concentrate too much & put too much emphasis on the world that we share with others, then we are looking outside of ourselves for acceptance.
If we ignore our dream state, we are looking past vital information that our subconscious is telling us. Also, sleep is a great way to figure stuff out and sometimes cleanse the palette of the day's woes.
So...
I am working on being more conscious when I am in all 3 states & also noticing how others are navigating through them.
