I scoured the interweb looking for healthy dips bc my brother is on the Paleo diet. I was having a family party & wanted healthy options that Everyone would enJOY :)
I found a Cashew Dip recipe that was...Eh!
So I decided to make it my way ;)
So I decided to make it my way ;)
Turns out if you change 3 things in a recipe to make it originally yours, it's a new recipe!
K...you might want to double fact check that bc I heard that from my friend.

Good news I made this one up from my head so if it's the same as someone else's Cashew Dip it's my brains fault!!!
Here goes...
1 cup Water
1 Frozen Cubed Garlic TJ's*
1/2 Lemon squeezed
3 1/2 cups Cashew Meal TJ's*
1/2 tbs Salt
3 Grinds of Pepper Mill
Mixed in my lil Cuisinart I put the water. Then added the frozen garlic to the water to help defrost it ;)
Squeezed half the lemon.
(Be sure to grab any pitts that come out!)
Poured in the 3 1/2 cups of Cashew Meal.
Salt & Pepper.
Salt & Pepper.
Viola!
If it's bland, add a lil more salt.
If you want it more mushy, add more water. If you want it less mushy, add more Cashew Meal.
I have to say that the Cashew Meal is very cool bc you can add more very easily if you'd like.
Latest versions of this is to add fresh parsley after the Salt & Pepper. Makes it green tinted :)
*TJ's: Just like ALL of my recipes everything is from Trader Joe's. The total cost of making this dip is under $6!!!
Gosh, I love that store.
Today, ground up some Magic!
We dipped cucumbers, carrots, celery, & fingers in it!!!
Yum :)
Xoxo
