Doggie Love 2 Humans?!?

When I come home I POUR love into Dottie! 

I sweep her up and hug her real hard. I look into her eyes and tell her I love her. 

Any chance I can get, I just POUR love into her little body. 

Now...

I don't do that with anyone else. 

Like no one. 

What if we tried it?!?

What if we ran to our lovers when they came home and hugged them real hard. Made eye contact. Told them we loved them. And POUR love into their bodies. 

What if?!?

Well...

That's my Lent. 

40 days of behaving as if my lover was my dog. 

Yesterday's GSTQ post, included a Time's article on Pope Francis' Ash Wednesday Lent talk. 

The author writes: "We give up Chocolate and booze for our body. If you want to change your heart a harder fast is needed."

I'm in. 

Today, Do you love people as much as you love your pets? Work? Car? (Insert your passion.) 

I bet most of us don't show the love we should to people. 

Been hurt too many times by Em. Feel guarded and tired. 

It's just harder to show love like we hadn't been hurt. 

But...

Now, is the time to POUR love into others. 

Who knows what will happen?!!
