"Develop your Tribe"

Man...

Ain't that the truth with everything. 

For serious. 

When I feel connected. 

Protected.

And part of something bigger than just little old me, I show up more. 

Just true, for me. 

Same for you, too? 

Hmm...

I was listening* to this Instagram marketer Hilary Rushford and one of the cool things she said was "Develop your Tribe."

Basically, she was saying to target your audience and market your a** off to them. 

Everything she said made sense. And rang true with my marketing degree brain. 

But...

It wasn't the bizz savvy lingo that stuck. That stuff we can find in the books. And I know when she said "Tribe" she meant client base or target customer. That's not what struck me...

It was the word "Tribe."

Tribe.

Tribe.

Tribe.

Who the F is my Tribe?!?

Bc my yoga tribe is very different from my improv tribe. 

Who is very different from my Facebook friends. 

Got many a Tribe.

But...

Is that the Tribe we want?

Today, who is your "Tribe?"

Fun!

Creative. 

Performing. Or putting themselves in the arena daily. 

Supportive.

Loving.

Intelligent. 

Entrepreneurs.

Go-getters. 

Resilient.

Funny.

I have many great people around me that fit in my "Tribe."

And are my Tribe.

But...

There is always room for more :) 

How do we Develop our Tribe?!?!

By Putting ourselves out there. 

Look at me! 

My fellow Queens & Kings know my resistance to the Facebook. And all my social media shut down fears. 

Ahhhh!!!

The struggle was real. For me. 

Yet...

Here I am. 

I found my Facebook Tribe :)))

If it is possible for me to develop a Tribe on Social Media it is 100% possible for anyone else to find a Tribe in their scariest most intimidating place. 

We just have to put ourselves out there. 

Yikes. 

Going to take my own challenge and "Develop my Tribe."
