40 books in 6 months 📚 📚📚📚📚📚📚📚📚📚📚📚📚 📖

My man and I were bragging about all the books we read recently. And I was like, “Oh yeah, how many books have you read?!” Secretly, I knew he would win bc reads a TON of books. I thought there is no way I could match him in the number of books we read since January. Forget about beating him. 

Looked it up and I borrowed 40 books from the New York Public Library. 

Say what?!?!

Since joining January 24th, I have read 40 books. 

Yay!!!

This makes me so happy. 

I LOVE learning. 

Also, love beating the pants off of my lover! ;) 

Today, Do you read books? Do you listen to books? Do you own a library card?!? The answer to these 3 questions can change our lives. It changed mine. Truly. 

I had always loved reading but, didn’t have the time. Also, in the past couple years, I couldn’t concentrate when I read. It was very difficult for me to see and absorb the information even after reading it off the page. 

Fast forward to this last holiday season when my mom tells me about the New York Public Library’s online book resources. Looked into it and I was able to use my library card to create an online account and download an App named “Libby.” It is so EASY.

Ps: FREE $$$ to explore!!! I read titles I never would have read before. Spousonomics pictured here was super interesting. Basically, uses the principles of economics in relationships. Great read!
