🏆”The Journey IS the reward!” 🏆

I heard this saying while listening to a podcast or book or some souly smart person speaking. 

And I thought...”What kinda crap is that?!?”

The journey SUCKS!!!

It’s not the reward. Getting my ass to the goal I want to achieve is. That’s the reward. The moment I achieve the goal. 

Made myself write the quote out so I can WOOOOORK on it. 

So...

It didn’t work. 

Even after all these days sitting in my to-do drawer starring at me every time I put my wallet away. Just still don’t GET “IT.”

Maybe, one day I’ll have this transformative moment in my life where I’ll say to myself, “Oh man, my journey to this goal was THE reward.”

The only instance where I feel that way is about my life. Like, when I die I reached my ultimate goal bc my life is over. And THAT journey was THE reward. 

Today, Are you a believer that the journey IS the reward? Or do you think it’s a load of crap?! Honest question! 

Truly, I have been mulling over this one.
