Spent the am writing out who I am grateful for. There are so many angels I have met this past year. Once, I began writing I wanted to cry. It’s overwhelming to think all the joy that can happen in one single year.
And...
The people that CHOOSE to show up for us. It’s a choice. Daily. Do I reach out to this person? Do I keep this contact active? Is it worthy of my energy and time?
On a day like ThanksGiving, it’s important for us to separate those two parts out. It’s being thankful for those that have been giving. Being sure that we appreciate them.
I made lists of all the work deals I had this year and reached out to all of them. Then family members. Friends. Those friends I want to keep in touch with and haven’t had contact with in a while. Over 100 people to touch base with. Each time I sent a huge energy mass of LOVE their way. Thought of them and how I appreciate them.
Today, Who are you thankful for? Write a list of all the people in your life. Work, everyday people, friends, family, old friends to reunite. Think back to last Thanksgiving and where were you? From last November till now, come up with a list of those who you are grateful for. Most importantly, let them know!!!
