You get mail delivered to your house addressed to someone else. What do you do? You write on the outside of the envelope: Return to Sender.
Someone says something about you that isn't true, you know this doesn't match who you are! What do you do? Let it linger. Put it in a pile to be discarded later.
The faster you write on the outside of the envelope Return to Sender the faster it will be out of your life.
Today, think of the pile of stuff other people said-that does not BELONG to you. It's pretty big. Now close your eyes and imagine each item being re-addressed to the sender.
Return to Sender. It's that simple! No longer hold onto junk mail or junk thoughts or junk accusations. You know the truth.
Your mailbox can only hold so many envelopes. Return those that weren't properly addressed to begin with. Now you have ample room for properly addressed envelopes sealed with LOVE.
Xoxo
