PUNK ROCK SELF-HELP

Vommit gets auto corrected to Commit.

Interesting...could be bc I spell it wrong or bc they both make me HEAVE?!
*

For serious.

Gym commitments make me want to Hurl. Phone company contracts STRESS me out. Buying a new product in bulk really FREAKS Me Out bc then I'm stuck with it if I don't like it!

All in all I like to live life day to day with OPTIONS!

I don't think it's that I'm Afraid of commitment. I can vommit. I mean commit ;)

It's just that fear of "What if there is something Better out there?!?!"

That's why I hate party buffets where you can't see the end of the food being served bc I always leave room on my plate for something better & by the end of the line my plate is Half Full!!! Bc I kept waiting, hoping there was going to be more & yummier food down the buffet line.

I Know this about myself.

So...

I have to be honest with myself.

Not push but Ease into commitments.

It's a process that I am getting better & better at!
But it's still a self learning process :)

& Even after the commitment is set I still shop to see if I have the better cable package. I listen intently for gym pkgs offered to new members. And make second & third trips to the buffet line!

At the end of the day I need to trust my gutt enough to know that I made the right decision. Also, that making decisions are Fun! & if something better comes along its okay. I can just throw up.

Huh...I Gave into my commitment phobia by becoming bulimic?!?!

No!!!

Jk

;)

Today, what is your commitment comfort level? Are you able to commit & then never second guess? Do you commit & the entire time continue shopping? This is a fun insight to learn about yourself! Now, think of those close to you, what are their commitment personalities?

Does the idea of committing or not committing make you want to vommit?!

Xo

Ps: I think vommit should be spelt with two mm's. To give it more emphasis. Vomit is too cute of a looking word. It needs another m for Mm...yum!

Ew!

Lol ;)
