Island of RIGHT (Part 3)

Jump in the water & swim to the mainland. As you imagine yourself swimming feel the LAWS you have created for others shed off of you like clothes floating away in the water as you briskly swim for your Life!!! LEAVE THE ISLAND OF RIGHT BEHIND. Do not look back. Bc if you remember correctly, it was just you, a palm tree & a coconut. Keep imagining kicking your legs faster & faster. As you are swimming to the mainland as fast as you can you see the island of Right behind you. Look how small it has become!!! This makes you swim FASTER!!! You notice your body is feeling lighter. Keep swimming, you are at the half way point. There are more layers to shed. Think of all of the times you KNEW you were Right & everyone else was Wrong. Now shed that!!! Let all of the conflicts you have had from the birth of your ego drift away! Let it float behind you. You are leaving a trail. Lighter & lighter your body feels!!! You can see the shore of the mainland in the distance. Keep kicking. The urge to turn back is STRONG!!!! Harness that fear to violently keep moving your arms & legs. You are almost naked now. Just a couple more layers to go! What is left is the laws & the rules you created. It's like the wrappings of a mummy. Feel them untie from your body as you swim. Feel the unwrapping of the ego. Rules, LAWS, RIGHTS & Wrongs, feel them UNRAVEL!!!! You are naked. Your skin feels raw. You FEEL Naked. Fear takes over. You forget how to swim. The sea salt burns your skin. You haven't FELT this naked in years! KEEP SWIMMING. You GOT THIS!!! Arms, legs, push through the water. You are close to shore. You feel your body start to feel lighter. Lighter & lighter. Your face starts to smile & you dont know why. The shore is so close!!! You feel JOY!!! Utter JOY!!!! Your arms feel oddly different, lighter but smaller. Your legs are strong but it takes more kicks to get further. You can see the bottom of the ocean floor. You are Almost out of the water. You catch a glimpse of your hand as it pushes through the water with speed. It's a toddlers hand!!! You keep paddling as you are almost at the shore. KEEP KICKING!!! It's time to put your feet down to walk out of the water. You stand up & walk towards the beach. Keep your eye on the beach. The wind on your naked body feels AMAZING!!! You love the way your skin tingles. You have reached the shore. Exhausted but invigorated all at once. You are a baby. You are new. You see your soft little hands & feet as you look on in wonder. Awed you look out to see the island of Right. It looks so small now. You can see your trail of past Rights on the shore. You realize how small that island was. How small your thinking was. How sad to think you thought you had to stay there. Take a mental picture of the island of Right. Bc you NEVER want to go there again. & you never ever will :)

Now take the time to feel the sand on your feet. They look bigger. Your hands are starting to grow too as you remember them before you left the island. You grow slowly from baby to adult. Keeping the JOY present. Keeping the major sense of accomplishment present. Proudly you stand. Say goodbye to the island. Thank it for teaching you the grand lesson.

Thank the debris that has washed ashore. Thank the layers upon layers you created over years. Thank the armour of your ego for it's service. You won't need these things where you are going! Feel the JOY. Feel the light. Stand up. Stand tall. Now slowly turn from the ocean. Proudly with purpose you begin to walk into mainland. A whole exposed adult with childlike expectations. You feel grass under your feet & you hear voices. Laughing. Then you see a playground filled with adults on monkey bars! On swings! Laughing & chasing each other! They all stop to see you. They SURROUND you!!! Group hug! Everyone is hugging you & chanting your name :)))))

"We have been waiting for you!"

You take it all in. It's adult life, better than you ever could have imagined :))))

You turn to see the ocean. The island is no longer there. As if it was flooded by the sea. It never existed. The island of Right is gone.

You now are a happy habitant of the place of endless possibilities. Compassion lives here. Joy. Understanding. Empathy. There is no Right & Wrong bc there is no judgement. Only understanding of self & others.

"TAG, your it!" a man in a 3 piece business suit wryly smiles & dashes away! You enter the playground with Joy wonderment & amazement.

This is what adult life is!!!
