Think of 5 pos things about annoyers around you!
This week we talked about counteracting negative thoughts about ourselves with positive thoughts. 

But...

What about the negative thoughts we think of others?!?!
...


Why not try the same technique!!!

If you think a negative thought about someone you love, 
Or I dunno...maybe someone you live with ;) & want to make it work with...

Think of 5 great positive things about them :) 

The past 2 days I have been trying this approach.

I've found it helps ME more than it helps the person I would be yelling at ;) 

Seriously, it helped me to realize that what I was annoyed about isn't THAT important. It pads the frustration of the item at hand. 

Today, be patient with the annoyers around you ;) 
Next time you think a knowingly negative thought about someone you love, counteract it with 5 positive thoughts! 

Try it for you more than them ;)
