IT TAKES 5 POSITIVE THOUGHTS TO OVERCOME 1 NEGATIVE THOUGHT.
Today, URGE yourself to think five times more about positivity than negativity.
I am working on it...
As soon as I think one itty bitty self defeating destructive bubble...I come up with five positive counteracting ideas.
I literally LIST FIVE COUNTERACTING IDEAS!!!!!
For example:
Earlier, I was in Old Navy trying on a pair of shorts & I looked down at my legs with disgust.
I thought "My pale, ugly a**, veiny, flabby chicken lookn legs!!!"
This was a single thought in ONE fleeting instance...It took ONE seconds time to empower this looming negative idea I had about myself!!!
Soo...
I stood in front of the dressing room mirror and said 5 nice things about my legs!
1) my legs have a great shape.
2) my legs are strong.
3) my legs feel smooth.
4) I have nice knees.
5) I like my scar on my thigh.
I looked at my legs positively and the negative thought was OVERCOME.
