When life gets busy my Fitness suffers.

I HATE this.
My job is making me so busy that I don't have Time to work out. 

And...it's making me sad. 

My legs are really hurting Bc I'm not working out enough. 

This BLOWS Bc in the winter months I felt powerful. 

And was in SICK shape!!!

Now, I feel weak Bc I have been so life/work/bs busy that my fitness times suffer. 

I'm achy.

Today, when life gets busy what healthy life choice goes first?!?
Fitness? Diet? Sleep? 

Be kind to yourself. 

Choose to work out or eat well or sleep soundly on the busy days. 

Maybe those ARE the days you need it most!!!

Use the gym as a way to unwind from the crazies of work! 

...

Use dieting as a way to distract you from the craze. 

...

Use sleep as a way to calm you from the cray. 

Try it & I will too ;)
