One word for 2016?!?

Right before the New Year I kept hearing this buzz about forgoing long winded Resolutions for One single word. 

The idea is that one word is easier to remember and to keep focused. 

Rather than a long statement filled with a bunch of promises to be broken. 

It's just a word to keep mindful of. 

Overwhelmed with all my many many many Resolutions...

Thinking a One Word intention for 2016 is exactly what's in order :)
