Ugh.
I am the worst with crowding my neck.
Grrrr.
I fold myself in 3 when I am sitting looking at my phone.
Here I am right now, writing this to you as my neck isn't aligned.
Grrrr.
It is absolutely something I need to unlearn.
In retrospect, I wish the holding of the I phone at eye level was the norm from the beginning.
And encouraged.
Maybe even a diagram on the phone box showing us how to hold the phone correctly! ;)
Bc then I wouldn't look like the weirdo holding my phone too high!!!
Looks like I'm taking a selfie and typing a text all in one swoop.
But...
The alternative of holding my phone by my boobs or my lap with my neck jack knifed is a NO go anymore.
I am breaking up with breaking my neck.
Today, where are your EYES right now?!?
My yoga teacher said that the head was "designed" to be held on top of the spine. When we text and hang our head forward we are putting 60lbs of pressure on our 2nd vertebrae.
