Yoga has been keeping me grounded. Like Anchored to the floor. Going 4 days a week has shifted me. 

I'm not sure if it's Bc I'm so tired. 

Maybe Bc I am pushing my body to new limits. 

Or Bc of all the Zeeeeeen. 

But...

Real, Rough, Sh*t was being thrown at me and I matrix'd that sh*t.

Yoga kept me grounded. 100%. 

I know that for certain. 

Not that this illustrious Yoga ghost God came and blocked the BS. Nope. I blocked the BS. 

I matrix'd the Sh*t outta it!!!!

Today, matrix. 

When BS comes speeding at you swat it away and watch it float into space. 

Don't let other people's crap land on you. Ever. 

The more anchored you are, the more strength you will have to matrix effortlessly. 

You'll see their crap coming towards you and you will step out of the way to watch it speed past. 

If yoga ain't your thing to get anchored, try meditation.
