Dude!!!


Yesterday’s post messed me up so bad that I was like FFFFFFFF*ck dis!!!

Noise. 


I am a very committed person.

When I say I will do something, I do it. 

Lately, I have been falling short. Feeling dumb. Inactive. And stuck. 


Grrrrrrrr. 


wtf. man. 


Decided to change this last night. 


Why?!??


Bc 

I am so damn tired of being so damn tired, with myself. 


I know better. 

That’s all I kept thinking. 

“You know better!” 


All of a sudden it came to me...


It takes 21 days of consecutive behavior change to make something a habit. 


Only 21 days!!!!!


In 21 days, I can have a completely new body and experience with myself. 


wtf. man. 


Why not at least F’n TRY IT?!?!!


So...


Here is my commitment to YOU. 

My loves.

My fellow Kings & Queens! 


For the next 21 days I will write every single day. 

For the next 21 days I will work out  every single day. 


The type of workout isn’t specific. Although, I do have a goal of Yoga 2x’s a week and weight training 2x’s a week, and the rest of the days it will be a quick interval run or bike riding or bosu. 


And the type of writing isn’t specific either. Just free writing. Not sure what this will look like yet. I’m just so relieved to begin. Yesterday, I began so it’s really 20 days from now. 


And here is me getting my 20th day done! 


Today, What habit do you want to get rid of Or begin?!?! Smoking? Ugh just do it already! 21 days and you can shift yourself! 

Inactive?!? Just start with us here! 

Meditation?!?! Even just a 5 minute start daily will help us. 


I am committed to doing this next 21 days together!!!!
