10 Things to change about yourself?!

Dude, been watching YouTube videos as per the usual. 


Stumbled across one.*

Where Jordan Peterson said that there are at least 100 things you should stop doing. And that You KNOW those 100 things if you ask yourself and just start writing a list. 


I thought what would my list be?!?


Didn’t take long...


  1. Worry: it’s a terrible Hobby. And it’s only in the past 10years I started it. 
  2. Negative Self Talk: boring radio station to listen to. Snooze fest! 
  3. Picking at my self: body/scabs/anything 
  4. Slouching. 
  5. Eating Cheese: Bad for my digestion. It hurts me. It hurts baby cows. It hurts cow moms. 
  6. Saying, “I don’t Know what I’m doing.”: I do. Just ask myself.
  7. Looking into the past for clarity: It will never be clear. Bc it is over. That’s it. Far better ways to use my time and my imagination. 
  8. Gossip.: low vibration. 
  9. Long showers: water helps to reset and feels good. Always feel good after too. 
  10. Undermining myself and my abilities: Saying “So what” to my talents and about myself isn’t cool. 

Today, What 10 things do YOU need to stop doing?


Would be curious to hear your list. Very interesting to see what I put on mine!

Who knew that showering was an ez fix. And gossip. Man...I knew that one for some time. 


Noodle it. 

Write it. 

Do it.
