Tough day?!?! 

Take it to the Bath! 

Remember how excited you were when you were little to play in the tub?!?

DO IT!!!!

Replace your rubber ducky with bath bubbles :) 

Add a little shampoo to make em nice and BIG :) 

Loofah may not be as colorful as your old bathtub fav the tug boat but, far more useful! 

Use a natural hard loofah to smooth away old skin. Always brush in the direction toward your heart. I use loofah on my legs. Beginning from above my knees to my thighs around to my bum :) 

"Tear No More" Shampoo is replaced with Epsom Salt bc it will keep you from crying & soothes ;)

Epsom Salt is a type of Magnesium Sulfate. When added to your bath water it feels relaxing but also it's a great way to jump start your vitamin intake! 

Your body absorbs magnesium through the skin. 

Magnesium can be used to help absorb more vitamins, helps to build brain tissue, support the joints and promote production of digestive enzymes that detoxify the body.

Soak up the good stuff!

The loofah scrapes away the old, the Epsom soaks in the new and...BUBBLES are there for FUN :)))
